Looking for a specific type of home or a home in a specific area? Within AHRN you have a couple of options to make your home search fast and easy.
Housing Profile
The Housing Profile allows you to select your preferred housing criteria from a limited list of search criteria, including; listing and dwelling type, bedrooms/bathrooms, specific cities/zip codes within the rental market area, and the rent range. Once saved, the Housing Profile link will be available on your homepage and with one click you can view all currently available listings that meet your criteria.
Pinned Search:
The Pinned Search allows you to select your housing criteria from all search criteria. To add a pinned search, just click on the “Add a Pinned Search” link in the Housing Inventory section of your homepage. Once you select your search criteria, enter a search name in the Save Search As field, and check “Add this search to my homepage” option. To view your Pinned/Saved search just click on the My Saved Search link in the Housing Inventory section of your homepage. This saved/pinned search makes it easy to review available listings that meet your criteria.
We recommend selecting the following criteria in your search: Listing Type, Dwelling Type, Bedroom Count, and Rent Range. These criteria should give you sufficient available listings to review. Remember, the more search criteria you select, the more restrictive your search and typically the fewer number of listings returned.
