We recently updated the listing entry process! You will notice new zip code verification and listing entry forms, both are redesigned to be more efficient and save you time when entering and updating your listings. Here’s a quick overview!
Here are some tips to remember when entering your property listings;
- Provide complete listing information: Complete as many of the information fields as possible. Providing complete information with your listing can answer many upfront questions from prospective tenants, helping to fill your vacancy fast!
- Photos, Photos, Photos: Military members rely on photos when reviewing their housing options. Add the maximum number of photos to your listing, including all main rooms and the exterior. Be sure to have proper lighting so the photos are easy to view.
- Property Description: Use the Description field to highlight unique features of your property. Include items such as recent upgrades (painting, flooring, etc.), neighborhood (proximity to schools, shopping, etc.), appliances included, and any other information helpful to potential tenants. Is the property convenient to work, good schools and shopping? Where is the closest major road? Putting the location of the home in relation to everyday convenience services will help communicate the value and appeal of the home.
- Pet Policy: If you have any specific pet policy/requirements, include this in the Description field.
Providing complete information with your listing will help reduce the number of back and forth questions, resulting in a more efficient rental process.
