If you manage an apartment community with many individual apartments, we realize that your inventory of available units can change daily.  Here are some tips on how to best represent your apartment community in AHRN with the least amount of work.

1. Enter one representative listing for each floorplan. For example, if your community has both 1 and 2-bedroom units, just enter one listing for the 1-bedroom units and one listing for the 2-bedroom units.  You do not need to enter a listing for each individual unit.  Entering only one representative listing will save you time initially and also with ongoing listing maintenance.
2. When initially entering your listings use your browser back icon/arrow to reduce repetitive data entry. Once you have entered one listing and clicked Save Listing, you can click on your browser back icon/arrow to return to the Listing Entry page where you can simply change the information for the next listing, without re-entering all of the listing information.
3. Activate your listings on the same day. Activating your listings on the same day will synch the listing update cycle for all of your listings to the same day and will be easier to manage going forward.  Be sure that your listings remain active so they are visible to military members.
4. Use the Listing Description field to note any special discounts, rent ranges, or other information that is not included in the other listing detail fields.
