Your AHRN Message Center – Landlords and Property Managers

January 23, 2018 by AHRN Team

emailThe AHRN Message Center is designed to facilitate safe and simple communication between you, prospective tenants, and the AHRN System Administration.  Below are the types of messages you will receive and the action(s) required.

Listing Update Notifications: You will periodically receive “Listing Requires Updating” email notifications requesting that you confirm the availability status of your listing.  To ensure your listing stays active and searchable, open the email and click on the link located within the “INSTRUCTIONS” portion of the message. To reactivate your listing, check the “Reactivate” box and select your listing package. This action will ensure the listing stays visible to the military community.

Once the “Listing Requires Updating” email is opened, you will not receive follow up “unopened” notifications. If you continue to receive “unopened” notifications to your personal email, double check your AHRN message center for any unopened emails. After opening the email notification and following the instructions provided, you don’t need to keep these emails any longer and can delete them.

Listing Inquiries:  Military members can send you an inquiry regarding your listing.  Reply to these messages by clicking on the “Reply” option at the top of the opened message.  AHRN does not release your email address to military members within the reply message.  If the military member provides a personal email address within their inquiry, it’s best to also send a separate reply from your personal email to the military members preferred contact email address. This will allow you to send attachments such as: additional photos, rental applications and other necessities required to complete the screening and rental process.
