- Listings are $49.95 for a Bronze Listing and $69.95 for an Gold Listing (see video below) – $10 less than our nearest military competitor!

I have a condo ready for sale but have never sold one myself!!
This condo is 2 story– large bedroom on each floor. Full bath with each bed room and a half bath in downstairs area. Large living room with fire-place. Laundry room adjacent to enclosed garage.
Garage door opens and closes with an electric “door opener”.
The condo is adjacent to a college. We have had student renters as well as families. Have had no problems with either. Some have been from other countries and others have been US citizens
